You can book online however apparently none of the appointments reflected are accurate. Booked for today, they rescheduled. Called me to tell me thought I didn’t see the voicemails. I didn’t confirm the new time because I didn’t know. I showed up today she told me she changed it to tomorrow. Well I can’t come tomorrow so I asked to reschedule. She asked me to take September 27. It’s August 26 and interestingly enough the website shows about 15 + available appointments in the next two days let alone the next month. Literally what was all this for and why doesn’t your own online calendar reflect the actual appointments. And if they do I’d like to know why I rescheduled without being spoken to and then offered and absurdly far off appointment.

I have been a patient at Personal Care for years. Lisa Locatelli is the best: she is knowledgeable, professional and caring. She always makes me feel like family. She truly cares about her patients! She takes her time and is thorough while talking you through. Ruth and the girls in the office are sweethearts. They always accommodate you with an appointment and call if there is an opening or cancellation. Very happy here.

I had my Cleaning today, and Lisa is absolutely amazing! She genuinely loves what she does, and it shows.! In all my years, I've never had a better experience. The office staff is always professional, friendly and helpful! Thank you to the entire team!!!!!!!

I was nervous about my dental appointment, but the staff at Personal Care Dental was was increadibly patient and explained what had to be done, step by step clearly. Also the office was spotless and the entire experience was quick and professional. They are the BEST!

I can’t say enough about my experience at Personal Care Dental of Westchester. After the final installation of my crowns, I left the office feeling emotional in the best possible way. Dr. Garg did such beautiful, meticulous work — my crowns look fantastic, better than I ever imagined. I feel like I have my smile back, and that means more to me than I can put into words. The kindness and warmth of the staff made the entire journey even more special. Dee, along with Ruth, Ashley, and another wonderful woman at the front desk whose name I sadly can’t recall, greeted me with genuine care every single visit. They may not have placed the crowns themselves, but they are the heart of the office — the people who make you feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. And of course, the lab and Dr. Garg deserve so much credit for their skill and artistry. The quality of their work shows every time I look in the mirror. I am beyond grateful, and I highly recommend Personal Care Dental of Westchester to anyone who wants exceptional dental care delivered with compassion and professionalism. This team changed how I feel about my smile and Dentists, and that’s something I’ll never forget.
